I am selling my bmw x5 sold as seen because it has faults. I am being as honest as i can because there will be no refunds on this car. The car had a full engine refurbishment 2 years ago all though i cant prove it, but i will explain what happened. it now has oil in the water system but not water in the oil, so i have replaced the oil cooler gasket and flushed the system…
I am selling my bmw x5 sold as seen because it has faults. I am being as honest as i can because there will be no refunds on this car. The car had a full engine refurbishment 2 years ago all though i cant prove it, but i will explain what happened. it now has oil in the water system but not water in the oil, so i have replaced the oil cooler gasket and flushed the system 4 times, i dont know if this has rectified the problem or a new oil cooler will be required. It also requires an egr cooler all though this does not affect the drive at all, it just means the engine management light is always on. I now have another car so have decided to part ways because i dont have the time or the patience to sort it out. The car has a stage 1 remap so the car is very fast for a 3 tonne car and have got over 30mpg on a long run. The car has the full comfort pack seats which move in all directions and front side cameras. To me the car is far too good to scrap so am selling as spare or repair. To be on the safe side i would say the car needs trailored away all though it still drives normally. I have advertised the car car at £4,250 but i am open to very reasonable offers.
