Hi I have for sale a BMW 318CI SE Coupe.
The story behind this car is my friends son went out and purchased the car without telling anyone and on bringing it home tried to convince his dad that the car sounded noisy due to having a after market exhaust and air filter fitted to it by it’s previous owner.
The real truth of the matter is the car has been engine transplanted with a BMW V8 engine. But it’s still stated as 1995cc on the log book.
My friend has told his son that his not allowed to use the car till he declares what it is properly and due to his age he would never be able to insure it if he does so the car is now up for sale as it stands.
At some point in it’s past the car has had a full body kit fitted to it (by Stevie Wonder) We have been told this was the look they was aiming for as it’s the drift look apparently.
The front and back bumpers appear to be held on with hopes and preys and for some god knows reason it has a carbon bonnet that has been carbon wrapped (Why).
So if you are hoping to turn up and buy this car and then enter it into a concours competition this is defiantly not the car for you sorry.
Now we have got that bit out the way I can tell you what I do know about the car which is very little.
