Only reluctantly selling due to not being able to give the car the time it deserves. Every time I take it in for service or MOT it’s a case of this rubber needs replacing or this bush has worn. The car needs to be driven!
Since owning the car it’s gone under some major works.
Always had the car serviced and MOT’d by same local BMW specialists.
When I bought it I sent it to a local BMW specialist who recommended numerous issues to be rectified.
– new clutch fitted – new flywheel – brake hoses needed attention – propshaft bearing replaced – wheels refurbished
2016 it underwent a respray which included: – new genuine front bumper – new genuine rear bumper – new genuine bonnet – new genuine bump strips all round – new genuine badges all round – new genuine grills and fog lights in front bumper – new genuine wiper arms – new genuine wheel arch linings
2021 I had all discs and pads replaced and all calipers sent away for refurbishment.
2022 had new front struts fitted and new lemforder front arms
I have had rear silencers removed but I do have the originals.
Interior does need some attentionPixel issues with dash and radio Small tear in drivers seat.
Don’t get me wrong this car is not perfect but at same time it’s perfect for someone who wants to enjoy a classic M car and are keen to look after it.
Only 1 key with the car
