We bought this in the spring. A friend knew both the previous owners and just how well maintained the car had been.
We've decided not to keep it as my wife prefers the height of the X1 she already had (and never sold) and I prefer my 330 coupe.
That's been a tough decision as the ecotune remap (weirdly) makes it feel considerably faster than the 330 - while pretty consistently delivering 44mpg. On the journey…

We’ve decided not to keep it as my wife prefers the height of the X1 she already had (and never sold) and I prefer my 330 coupe.
That’s been a tough decision as the ecotune remap (weirdly) makes it feel considerably faster than the 330 – while pretty consistently delivering 44mpg. On the journey back from fetching it from Worcester it averaged 56mpg on the motorway.
It has:Very extensive history – including timing chain replacement and gearbox oil flush at 95k (its now at 119k)The Ecotune remap and astonishing accelerationPretty new Potenza ‘proper’ tyres rather than runflats – and a spareWired in Dashcam/Digital radio/phone cradleM Sport Suspension and steering wheelThe previous owner repainted the seats with black leather paint to make it an all black interior with high gloss satin dashpanels and alcantara roof.
It has a very few minor marks but no faults that we are aware of.
